Thank you for visiting Shelly’s Nest. We named our RV Shelly because when we travel, we’re taking our home with us wherever we go, much like a turtle does. Shelly is a stuffed box turtle who rides along on our RV dashboard in her bed. We used to travel in a 2000 Class C Gulfstream Conquest when our three kids were preschool age through their middle school years. We loved it and often talked about traveling once the kids started their own lives. Talking about traveling was fun! But it’s more fun to actually do it! There is so much to see in this great country of ours! We enjoy exploring cities, but we really like the small towns with “oddball” attractions. Currently, we are traveling full-time in our 2019 Tiffin Allegro Open Road 32SA. We sold our house at the end of April 2022. We really enjoy meeting people throughout our travels. So, don’t be shy, come say hi!
