I am neither a dancer nor a personal trainer, but I am active. This channel is mainly about my workout routines. Sometimes, I share my insights, thoughts and opinions about random topics. Hi! My name is Maria. (Experienced English Teacher) Criminology Graduate and TESOL Certified. I worked as an English teacher in several countries for 14 years. I returned to my home country Philippines in 2016, and since then I have been teaching English online. I am in my early 40s, and a mother. My love for learning and teaching continues to inspire me, and I love sharing that inspiration to others. I joined a pole fitness class for the first time on April 5, 2017, and I am happy to share my endeavor on the pole with you as well. Enjoy and be well!
