Hi, My name is Jelena. I am Croatian currently living between Japan and the US. I've been vegan for about 3 years now. Cooking was always my passion but since becoming vegan it became even more than that, I magically became so much more creative and cooking ideas are always going through my mind. I try to make vegan cooking as easier as possible without losing that deliciousness that every meal has to have in my kitchen :) I am excited about sharing my recipes with the world and I really hope it will inspire more people going vegan or at least incorporating vegan meals in their diet here and there.
