Cooking, growing fresh fruit & vegetables, raising chickens, worm farming, preserving food & looking at the Australian wildlife, that visit our home is what I love to share here. I'm Daz a long retired chef. Nice to meet you. I make videos that are easy to follow along, so people of any skill level can cook and grow great food at their own home. I had to stop work as I have battled with mental health issues & I am using this hobby to gain confidence in engaging with people. Hopefully encouraging others to try being active too. Our family lives on a small block of land in Australia, sharing a boundary with the Aussie bush. Kangaroos & native Aussie birds are daily visitors.
