Hello! I'm Shelly and welcome to my plant- based lifestyle journey in the kitchen . I started this channel to spread awareness through dishes of the plant - based lifestyle I enjoyed daily. I am a vegan for approximately 8yrs and I can say, I am felt far better in my body than pre- vegan days.
