Hi! My name is Dana, my grandsons call me MiMi . I grew up in the country, but have lived in a small city for over 30 years. I brought my homemaking skills, cooking, baking, cake decorating, sewing and canning with me. Even a little gardening. One of my passions is pressure canning and canning SAFETY, showing you how fun and safe it is with a little knowledge and care of equipment.
