Hey! My name is Kaden Lee Bailess a.k.a. KL, I am a transgender man from Salt Lake City, Utah and I am currently living in Eureka, California. I am an Associate of Science in Psychology and an NASM Certified Personal Trainer. At a young age I knew I wanted to help other people and while studying Psychology, I discovered my interest in yoga, meditation, and physical and mental health. I then grew out of touch with a healthy lifestyle and later rediscovered my interest in fitness, healthy dieting and the mind-body connection after beginning my medical transition from female-to-male in 2017. I am survivor of addiction and I am fueled by the fire to be a better version of myself with every new day.
