I'm an art historian and olive oli producer. In a former life I organized exhibitions at the National Gallery of Art in Washington DC. Now I live in Italy where I create culinary travel programs and make Olio della Donna extra virgin olive oil. During the pandemic we launched a video series of virtual visits to Italy through art and food; it's a mini trip to Italy, an art history lesson and a demo cooking class. It's a homemade production filmed in the kitchen of my 15th century farmhouse in Tuscany; the art history and recipes are based on years of professional research, the production is DIY, the WiFi is Tuscan countryside iffy.
