After 36-years in practice negotiating real estate, land use and governmental affairs agreements in California and in Mexico for more than a thousand clients, it's time for my wife and business partner of 30 of those years and me to retire; well actually semi-retire to the much quieter side of the business, real estate sales both in California and Mexico. And with 20 of those years helping some of the largest names in US hospitality acquire their properties along the Mexican Riviera, names like Hilton and Hyatt, well, we amassed quite a trove of knowledge and experience; and rather than letting it all go to waste, we've created this Channel for anyone looking to Mexican real estate as a passive investment or active property. And no, it's not a paid site; just our way of combating all of the misinformation out there promulgated by all the "internet experts" out there, most of which have little more than a passing familiarity with US real estate practice and its laws much less Mexico's.
