Hi my name is Pal and I'm from a beautiful country called Jamaica 🇯🇲, I am now living in Canada 🇨🇦. Cooking is a passion of mine and so I decided to create this channel to share my passion with you, as well to share a little of my heritage, my culture and my native cuisine. Cooking was introduce to me from an early age. Cooking became second nature to me, it's as easy as breathing to me. My mom owned and operated a cook shop in Faith's Pen St. Ann, Jamaica for many years and she taught me everything she knew about cooking. She was a wiz in the kitchen. Cooking helps me to unwind. It brings out my creative side, to see the meal come together is so beautiful and to see the expression on the faces of my family when I create a new dish for them to try. It is priceless. Whenever I prepare certain dishes, it is walk down memory lane, it's has if I am still that little girl in the kitchen with my mother. So welcome everyone to my channel.
