Hello there! My name is Samantha Pearlman and I am a Full-Time Realtor in the North Atlanta Area. This channel has gone through quite a big change recently! I launched my Real Estate career in the Central NJ Real Estate Market where I also was also living. That's been my main focus on this channel since it was 1st launched in August 2019. However, last year (2020) was an unexpected, unprecedented year for most people, my family included. You see, my family and I recently made a decision I never thought we would make, and that was to move out of NJ and settle down south in the Atlanta area. It was tough to say Goodbye, but I am excited to relaunch this channel by continuing to share fantastic information about the Real Estate market both in general and in my new Market - NorthEast Atlanta Suburbs!!
