Born and raised in Washington DC I had the unique experience of the culinary mashup that is my hometown. That experience has inspired me to want to get in the kitchen and share some of my favorite creations with the world. By no means am i a professional, but after years of honing my craft as hobby I think it's time to share. You can expect to see diverse food-centric video selection on this page. Personal creations, recipe reviews, restaurant reviews, health tips, cheat meals, meal prep... the whole nine yards lol. I have a saying that you'll hear throughout many of my videos and that's health is wealth. By that i mean a multitude of things. Your health across the board is essential and a lot of things factor into that. Food in general makes everyone happy in some way shape or form, that being said it can cover mental and physical aspects in one fell swoop.
