Hello, my name is Alexis and welcome to Googie's Kitchen. For those of you that are NEW here then please don't forget to like and subscribe to this channel for lots of FREE recipes and video posts. I post here twice a week on a Tuesday and Thursday at 6 pm. I love to cook and be in my kitchen inventing recipes. My passion is about buying good ingredients and cooking them into a delicious dish. I have always loved food and about four years ago I decided to give up sugar and processed foods. At first it was not an easy road but once I started to think about how to make my favourite foods without the sugar it became easier. I haven't been back to the processed foods road since.
