Rajadhani Institute of Engineering and Technology - RIET is established in the year 2009 by Indira Charitable Trust, Trivandrum, which is offering a wide range of business and societal activities in Higher Education, Hospitality and Tourism, Construction and Information Technology over the past few decades. RIET began its stride with four B.Tech programs in 2009, now offers B.Tech programs in 8 branches of Engineering and Technology, 2 MTech programs in Civil Engineering, 2 year MBA program, 4 year BHMCT and five 3 year Diploma programs. The college is affiliated to APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University and is approved by the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. The College offers NBA Accredited Programs and is accredited by NAAC.
