School of Northern Dance Fit Private Limited was initiated by me on 30th September 2019. There are many Zumba fitness centres in Colombo, but in Jaffna certain gym centres are only for men. Therefore, i have decided to start a fitness Centre only for ladies in the Northern province, especially in Jaffna. I conduct the fitness class successfully at the Art Gallery, Racca road, Jaffna with more than 450 members from various age groups. When you follow the classes in the Northern dance fit you can lose our body weight without any side effects. You can shape the body structure, you get relief from diabetes ,blood pressure, cholesterol, PCOD problems, thyroid problems , pregnancy issues , releasing back pain, knee pain ,varicose vein and also it prevents us from the dangerous illnesses such as cancer and heart attack.
