Mabuhay Po and Welcome to Maskinanu! This YouTube channel is created to showcase my passion for cooking, and exploring the different areas of cuisine. I wanted to share my knowledge, experience, and the fun process of creating in this platform- by reaching out to the broad delicacies that can be found locally in the Philippines and Internationally. Thus, the name "Maskinanu" in Kapampangan meaning "anything goes" or in Tagalog meaning "Kahit Ano or Kahit Alin".
