Come along and explore Barbados with us! I am a Swedish social worker/mindfulness coach. Aaron “Norkii” Norville, is a Bajan artist living in Sweden since 1997. This channel will provide short videos from and concerning our trips to Barbados winter 2020, 2023 and 2024. Some are shorts, less the one minute, and some are a few minutes long videos. The sunset films and cricket song can be used for meditation. Just breathe, look and listen to the different sounds, then notice how it feels to do that. That’s all.
