Bright Horizon Homestead, our current little escape from the hustle and bustle of city life while we plan and search for our forever homestead. We are trying to bring back the old tradition style of living. In hopes of passing along our knowledge to help anyone who may be interested. On the channel, we will focus on many aspects of life as we know it. Struggles and Successes as we go. Here we plan to share a variety of things, Grow as much food in our garden as possible. Including our process for seedlings, growing strategies in our climate, timed under planting for the next crop rotation, how to prune for better crops, and harvests. How we process our harvests to ensure food security. Processing of animals for meat, and how we turn them into various products. Also giving tips and tricks on other homestead needs like making soap, wood working projects, various homestead repairs, and how we can all help those in need from our abundance on the homestead.
