When I was 28 years old I controlled my first million in real estate and keep growing. This channel is to share the evolution of what works and what does not from real-life experience. I'm making good on a promise to my mentor before he died. My mentor had operated a legacy of real estate while being a doctor for fun and I more or less harassed him until he finally gave in to teach me. After making the first million through following his wisdom, I felt a sense of depression as I did not know what to do next. He was a very harsh teacher and his last two words to me in a phone call before passing was, "Give Back!" Then he slammed the phone on me because he was that type of mentor. I'm making good on a promise I made to myself to GIVE BACK!
