While this term can mean many different things to different people, the overall idea of being Financially Savvy focuses on one concept: maintaining a healthy financial standing through proper planning and budgeting. 😔 Like many people, I was taught to get good grades, get into college and get a secure job and make my way up in the company for increased pay, but never about money management. The majority of us did not receive any formal financial education. I decided to understand money by reading books, researching, listening to professionals, and getting into the game.
