This vlog is my physical fitness journey after I retired. My main exercise was the X3 bar program. But I have upgraded to the far superior Harambe System. I’ve added Sandbags and animal flow for mobility and flexibility. Recently I’ve added the Zwift indoor training for my Zone 2 and cardio training. Since my retirement my wife has become 100% disabled with a neurological disease that has slowly been taking over her body for the last 20 years. It’s called multifocal motor neuropathy. ( MMN ) Doing my exercises at home is paramount because I am my wife’s caregiver. But I still crave the sweat, fatigue, mental health and physical health I get from physical exercises. I want to video my journey and see my progress using these workout programs together. This vlog will help keep me disciplined, motivated and pushing myself to be better everyday.
