I have decided to commit to changing my life. I am currently 232 pounds, gained weight due to a number of reasons. I quit smoking, I have PTSD and depression, I quit opiates and picked up eating as another addiction, and quite frankly, laziness. I am determined to get atleast 50 pounds off by the end of the yr. I will not be dieting, but I will be exercising! I refuse to be like these 500 pounds plus youtubers who commit and fail constantly. Thanks for reading!
