About

I am a post-collegiate athlete and exercise physiologist looking to have fun while sorting through various research studies and hypothetical training protocols to then share with you. I've spent the last 5 years of my life treating my body as an experiment and this channel serves as a justification for continued training in this mindset. I have a compulsive need to apply information that I learn to myself for better or worse, and I hope that others may identify with this as well.
