My name is J. Scott Scheel. I’ve been at this Commercial Real Estate investment game for over 23 years, and currently manage over 6 million square feet of commercial property. Throughout my time in this industry I’ve developed a unique system for confidently investing in Commercial Real Estate, and shared it with millions of people. I negotiated my own first deal without any formal training, and now, nearly twenty-five years later, I manage over 6 million square of Commercial Real Estate.
