I started investing as soon as I turned 18, I quickly realized growing up as a minority and in arguably one of the worst boroughs in New York City many of my friends never invested or had a clue on how to get started. I have a strong passion for this stuff and wished personal finance wasn’t such a taboo topic for low income families, so I created this channel to see how far I can get on my own personal journey to financial freedom all while making educational content for younger people like me that want to invest but have no idea where to get started. My goal is to reach 100k invested by 2025 let’s see if I make it or even get close, my guess was around 70k I think depending on how well I perform in the next 4 years. My blueprint: - invest at least 500 - 600 bi-weekly (1000 - 1200 every month) = 14,400 a year - learn a skill every year that will increase my income (Currently studying for IT Cret) - Invest in value rather than hype - 6 month to a year worth of expenses saved
