School of Boxing was created to aid amateur boxing clubs to review and improve their training practices. It provides coaches, athletes and parents a reference point on boxing skills, sport science, nutrition and equipment. Our ultimate goal is to help clubs increase their knowledge in these areas, and therefore give every amateur boxer the same opportunities to exceed. ​Our site is free for everyone to use, and works on the principle of sharing best practice. This platform allows coaches and boxers to share knowledge and experiences, ask questions and gain advice.
