Hey Jordan here! :) I am a qualified Level 3 personal trainer and I'm a lifelong vegetarian as well (just a fun fact for you :p). I decided to set up this channel for tips, and real talk regarding not only physical but also mental health, fitness and how it may be able to fit into all our lives in different and positive ways- nothing unachievable, I'm not just gunna post me doing glute workouts all the time and no selling you things all the time either- I promise!
