Hi this is Kak Lina, currently in Remission, 2020 will be my 5th Year free of Cancer. After lumpectomy in December 2015, as part of recovery protocol, I stop taking sugar, dairy and processed food. It was during this period I discovered ketogenic diet. This Youtube is about journey to Wellness.
