Our aim is to nurture young adults with learning disabilities and to provide support to their parents, carers and families. We want to empower them so that they feel in control and have a sense of belonging in their local communities. Our goal is to provide them with the tools and skills most relevant to them. Post19 are commited to helping individuals realise their potential and build self worth through day-to-day activities. Our evolving programmes and activities are designed around each person, building on existing skills with the aim to enable a more independent life.
