Hi!! My name is Alex and I´m a 19 year old college student who is passionate about fitness and business. At this channel, my mission is to inspire as many people as possible to get in shape, work hard, dedicate themselves and ultimately be the best version of themselves. Unfortunately, in today's world, most people settle for mediocrity and don´t wanna put in the work to succeed and acomplish their dreams, by making excuses and not taking action.
