Hey you, I created this channel to pour everything into the world that I have learned and am learning. 📚From my education as Exercise Physiologist and Integrated Health Studies to research I conducted or read over the years to my work as Health Coach, working in corporate wellness, to my experience in helping grow start-ups, working with professional athletes, and my own struggles with health and well-being... I have learned so much and have had so many people pour into me.
