Hello. I am Ron and I have always been a car guy and worked on cars since the late 60s. But it has been a while since I have had a hot rod. Last year we bought a 1986 Camaro. I got it running right and drove it all summer. I was not planning to change cars but then I saw a 1940 Chevy Coupe. I showed my wife and we both agreed it was awesome. So This winter I picked it up and we are selling the Camaro or trading it for a motorcycle for my wife. We thought it would be cool to chronicle the work I do on the 40 so with a little help from my wife we made this channel. My intention is to show what I do to it, the stuff that goes right as well as the stuff that doesn’t. Anyone who works on older cars knows that sometimes things just don’t go as planned. So I will show the mistakes as well as the wins, and hopefully get some good advice along the way.
