When Ethan developed milk and nut allergies as a baby, I quickly realised I needed to improve my knowledge. I undertook the Masters in Allergy and from there went on to work with the fantastic Paediatric allergy team at Southampton Hospital, chair the primary care group of the British Society of Allergy and be asked to lecture across the UK and the world! I'm now a trustee for the charity Anaphylaxis UK and chair of the Clinical and Scientific Panel. I have a private allergy clinic which is based at Sandbanks Clinic in Poole.
