In June 2023, I borrowed my daughter’s meta quest VR headset to see if I would like it. She introduced me to Beat Saber, and while that was fun, it wasn’t really what I was looking for. I wanted something more, something that was going to help me get fit and maybe even lose some weight. I discovered Supernatural and never looked back… since starting Supernatural in June 2023, I’ve lost over 25lbs and 2 pants sizes, and I’ve gained muscle tone and stamina. I HATE exercise… never found any form of exercise I was able to stick with for any length of time… but I LOVE Supernatural!!
