Hi everyone :) welcome to my channel - I am so happy you're here! My name is Victoria and I have been super passionate about fitness for many years. After stopping competing in 2016 I wanted to find a more balanced and sustainable approach to fitness. Now having had my first baby, my mindset is even more different around fitness. I love to move my body because of the way it makes me feel and benefits it does for my mental health and I hope to encourage you to find enjoyment in exercise as well. I also talk about my mental health and share my personal struggles and what helps me. I know the more we talk about mental health the more we reduce stigma surrounding it.
