in 2017 I discovered the keto lifestyle for myself. When my husband and I wanted to start a family badly and tried to conceive. We tried everything from infertility treatments, supplements, cupping to home remedies but would always hold a negative pregnancy test in our hands. Keto was the approach which suited me most and It was love at first sight. I didn’t need to starve myself anymore. I didn’t need to give up on my sweet cravings, because the first thing I learned there is always a healthier alternative to fix your cravings. My Keto Journey had a Happy End. Today we are parents of a two year old miracle girl, who we conceived naturally. Happy End? Well it’s not the end yet, because II have a cause! I want to spread hope and want to support anyone who is looking for a lifestyle change or is struggling with weight loss.
