I'm a mother of 3 who's working on her postpartum transformation. I love to inspire others with their fitness journey. I'm here to tell you, you can do anything you put your mind to. If I can workout and get fit so can you I'm definitely not some special butterfly who fitness came easy to. I'm a 38 year old who's L1-L5 is fused together, with a rod in my left femur, and who suffers from chronic migraines and seizures due to haveing brain surgery and being in a coma for 2 weeks.
