Hi welcome to my Channel. I'll walk you through my process, some of the techniques that come into making a dishes and some of the creative ways I make changes and add to a dish. My recipes focus on a lot of South Asian (Pakistani, Indian, Thai, Bangali) flavors but I'll be mixing in a whole bunch of dishes to bring out my Pakistani-American background. Food is a way we all connect with one another, I hope my recipes can bring you a little closer to enjoying food in a whole new way.
