Food gives life and tasty food brings joy. A man's heart can be won through their stomach. So I decided to enter into my husband and his relatives heart and into the heart of my friends, relatives and neighbors by learning to prepare tasty food. The art of cooking brought new life into my family and strengthened my relationships with many. I had observed so much gratitude and happiness upon the faces of all who ate from my kitchen not only then but even today. What I learnt and experienced I'm sharing here. For sharing is caring, and caring is love. India and Indians are known for such love. No wonder Indian food is becoming all the more popular globally.
