When I was diagnosed with breast cancer it was such a shock and I had trouble finding the answers to the many questions I had. Hopefully, I can now help you as I share my experiences and things I learned along the way. You are not alone! I’m so grateful for each and every one of you and thank you for subscribing! I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and breast cancer survivor. I love showing others how they can enjoy the amazing benefits of exercise an the importance your fitness level plays before, during and after cancer. It’s truly NEVER TOO LATE TO GET STARTED and be in your best health! I started this channel after completing all of my breast cancer surgeries and treatments.
