Om Swastiastu "May your gods be with you" is a world famous greeting from the heart of Bali and we at Le Zat Restaurant mean it from our hearts too. The name "Le Zat" is not French but a Balinese term for "Delicious!". We are a wholly Balinese owned and managed resort and pride ourselves on being uniquely able to offer a truly Balinese experience to our guests. Concentrating the best from Bali's culture of warm hospitality with century's long history of friendliness and attention to detail. All of our staff, most who have been with us for many years, are from the local area around Candi Dasa (pronounced Chandi Dasa) and generally speak excellent English, so feel free to ask anything you want about Bali , it's customs and rich culture during your stay and if that staff member cannot help you then they will try to find someone else that can.
