Learning to be semi self sufficient in the suburbs! Hi and welcome friends! It seems like there has been a push for more people to move to the country and have a homestead, which sounds amazing but isn't always feasible. My goal is to teach people how to grow more food in a small amount of space; then take that food and be able to preserve it to use over the winter.
