Richard Neal began his journey at 426 pounds. Morbidly obese and getting closer to death every day he decided to make a change. After years of abuse and depression, Richard decided to take his life back and began a physical transformation. After just 18 months Richard lost 242 lbs using Beachbody programs like P90X. Richard HAS NOT had any surgery nor plans to. He earned the title of the 2012 National Beachbody Challenge winner and his story has been featured on Good Morning America, 20/20, and in People Magazine twice. Richard and his new wife, Kim Duke, now work as consultants and wellness coaches as KnR Fitness where they help others transform from the INSIDE OUT! Richard and Kim recently made their acting debut in Of Sentimental Value to be released in 2015.
