Melissa Chapman moved to Lake County over 25 years ago and fell in love with the area. She and her husband Bill raised both their daughters here & call Lake County home. Melissa has lived in Lakeport, Kelseyville, and currently lives in Upper Lake with her husband. Melissa started her Real Estate Career 17 years ago after a good friend encouraged her to do so. In 2017, she became a Broker and opened her own office Chapman Real Estate. While at RE/MAX Lake County she earned awards for Most Transactions in 2009, 2010, 2011, 2014 & 2015. She has served as 2018 President of the Lake County Association of Realtors and has been Chair of the MLS and Legislative Committees in addition to serving as a CAR Director for four years. During her LCAOR presidency, she promoted cybersecurity awareness.
