My Three Seasons is a cooking channel all about using 'seasonal' ingredients, with an emphasis on proper 'seasoning' and proper techniques to become a 'seasoned' chef. I'm a registered dietitian with professional cooking experience, and currently live in New York City. I grew up on Italian food and was later trained to cook by a chef from Italy.
