Hello, Alex and Becca here. We've created LahvUs as our way of giving something to the community that we thought was missing. In the ketogenic community, a lot of figures are in their 30's or older and might be in ketosis as a means to fix a health issue they're dealing with. What we try to show you is us, a couple in their mid 20's who do the keto diet ONLY as a way of optimizing ourselves. We post 1 delicious recipe a week (usually on Tuesday), and one Fat Bomb Friday recipe every week. The idea is we want to show you the best recipes out there, that way you know to look up LahvUs if you find a random recipe online that you aren't sure about. We compile all of the best online recipes, so that you can easily search the title of the recipe and find our how-to and review. We hope that in doing this, we give more people the hope that they can do this too. Enjoy and Lahv Us!!
