I started on a fitness journey in January 2014 and since losing weight I have been committed to helping people feel better without the pressure of trying to be perfect because I'M NOT and it's OK for me and for you. I try to share things that have helped me because I am an expert on my own body and what works for me and my hope is that some of the tips, products and tools I share can help you too.
