Hi guys! Thanks for visiting my channel. I am a Parkour / Freerunning athlete from Chennai, India. I have been practicing since 2010. This channel was meant to be my personal journal, to cherish my memories and look back on movements from my life. However, during lockdown, I realised that many of my students and new Parkour enthusiasts couldn't come to classes to learn Parkour, so I decided to make videos for them to learn simple movements at home. So this channel is now a combination of both tutorials and my experiences training, travelling with my pets and a lot more. I hope you enjoy watching!
