During the toughest moments of the pandemic, I chose to embark on a life-long journey to find the best version of myself.  I've always held the belief that there's so much to learn from the stories of others. With that in mind, I launched a long-form interview podcast in September 2021 called RUNONG (derived from "karunungan" meaning wisdom). As the pandemic's intensity waned and opportunities arose, I decided to leave my corporate job to establish my very own HR consulting business. This big change led to a brief hiatus from the podcast. But noticing it's been close to a year since our last episode, the time feels right for a return. Now, the pod's back and with a new name: PARAW. It's inspired by the pre-colonial boat our ancestors used to explore, discover, and interact with the world.   PARAW explores the journeys of entrepreneurs, executives, and creators to discover the wisdom, tactics, and tools that help us unlock our best selves.
