Hi and welcome to My Meatomorphosis! I've been on the Proper Human Diet spectrum since 2015; and started the Carnivore lifestyle in December, 2022. Carnivore has given me many unexpected benefits...the most important being that my anxiety is GONE!! I had hesitated to share my experience and challenges because I did not believe anyone could relate. I have always been naturally thin, and I have lost too much weight on Carnivore. I feel better than ever, though, so I'm working to find a way to Lift Heavy Things and gain some muscle. Come share my journey with me; and together we can work toward our goals and encourage each other!
